as you may know today was the planned date for internal sevens, knowing this our illustrious captain has suggeseted a kit circle in honour of the tournament. If you have a team kit, it would be nice to see if not any kit will do. Also tonights score seems to be free.

Boys we have the basement of the well for the games tomorrow.  Same set up as we had for the world cup.

First game starts at 2 with coverage from 1 and our own claiming from about 1230.

Boys,

For those of you have expressed an interest in Volunteer Coaching here are the fruits of today's meeting.

We will be sending 8 Volunteers to coach 1 hour a week at schools in the local area on a Tuesday or Thursday evening in weeks 1, 2 and 3 of the Summer Term. Coaches will work in pairs and attend the same school for the 3 weeks. Then on Friday of week 4 the 4 schools will come to a 'festivalette' at Cryfield to play eachother.

The schools will be local and Warwick Volunteers will reimburse travel costs at 38 pence per mile for drivers.

4 of the Volunteers will be required to become the Liason's with a particular school and will meet the headteachers before the scheme begins to discuss the particular logistics of involvement with that School. These 4 will be required to attend all the sessions and pass a Level 1 Coaching Course. The person who accompanies them each week need not be the same.

These positions require some responsibility, the like of which prospective employers or Club Elections voters may find impressive.

Ideally candidates would be Second Years or Freshers as this programme is intended as a precursor to a longer scheme in the next academic year. Hence some of  those who are looking to take up Exec posiitons would ideally be involved.

To facilitate this a Level 1 Coaching Course is being set up so could anyone who is interested in taking part in the scheme, gaining the coaching qualification or both express their interest in the associated forum topic.
Please keep the claiming to a minimum.
